TGR Foundation and Providence work together to support students and families during the mental health month and so on through their partnerships, empowering health, focusing on health education, health equality and labor development.
In the United States, 70% of students are looking for mental health resources through schools and educational institutions, according to the Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education and the National Education Center. TGR Foundation is committed to empowering students, educators, and families to develop in classrooms and outside. Through his partnership with Providence, he has greater access to professionals and resources to help his community navigate health and prosperity.
In the celebration of the mental health month, here are three ways for people of all ages to prioritize their mental health.
1. Involved in open and honest conversations with people you trust.

2. Know the signs of mental disease.
Half of all mental diseases show the first signs before someone is 14 years old, and three quarters begin before the age of 24 according to the National Alliance about mental disease. Knowing those signs can allow you to help those in your community get the help they need and offer support. - Prolonged depression (sadness or irritability)
- Feeling of high and low
- Fear, worry, and excessive anxiety
- Social withdrawal
- Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping habits
Health exhibitions that are empowered help parents get a greater understanding of mental health and ways to support their students.

3. Looking for support.
No matter the stage or severity of the challenges or mental diseases, there are some resources and services to help people of all ages overcome them. Self-care, therapy, and drugs are all choices of mental health care that have caused full recovery for people who have mental disease.
