Cynthia court joined the TGR Foundation as CEO

Irvine, Calif. (June 20, 2023) – TGR Foundation has announced the appointment of the Cynthia Court (Cyndi) as the new CEO of the Foundation. Courts, non -profit leaders experienced with experience in the development of youth, education, marketing and fundraising will lead the TGR Foundation for continuing their mission to empower students to pursue their passions through education.

“I am proud to welcome Cyndi as the CEO of the TGR Foundation,” said Tiger Woods. “This is a pleasant time with the expansion of our program to Los Angeles and Philadelphia. I am sure Cyndi’s leadership will help deepen our impact on students and communities that we serve.”

The court joined the TGR Foundation with more than 25 years of executive experience in several national education -based organizations that focus on serving young people from a community that lacks resources. Before joining the TGR Foundation, the Court was a Chief Development Officer at Berry College in Atlanta, GA where he oversees all developments, philanthropic communication, alumni involvement and comprehensive capital campaigns that include renovations and construction of new academic facilities. He also created and bestowed a scholarship program for students who experienced challenging situations including significant financial needs and created opportunities for diverse students in STEM with company partners. Before going to Berry College, the court served as the Head of Marketing and Development of Special Officials of the International Olympiad and Executive Vice President, Resource Development and Marketing at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. During his time with Boys & Girls Club of America, he worked with Major League Baseball and Henry and Billye Aaron to enforce Hank Aaron to pursue the Dream Foundation for Youth program.

The court will be based at the Irvine TGR Foundation Office, CA while leading its national employee team. In his role as a CEO, he will have executive responsibilities for all aspects of the program and outreach of the foundation, including the mainstay TGR learning laboratory in Anaheim, CA and TGR Learning Laboratory in Lulu’s Place in Los Angeles and at COBBS Creek in Philadelphia. This foundation is supported through the contribution of temporary progress also benefit from the typical fundraising event, including two PGA Tour golf tournaments, which are operated by TGR Live.

“Cyndi’s experience made him a great candidate to lead the TGR Foundation to our next expansion phase,” said Mike Mckee, Chair of the TGR Foundation Council. “We are happy to have him joining us because we continue to expand our geographical traces and programmed offers.”

TGR Foundation asks the Nolan Partners’ executive search company to lead the recruitment and assessment process for the position of its CEO.
